Chartered Surveyors and Business Transfer Agents Cherry & Cherry report that terms have been agreed for the sale of the Redwing Inn at Lympstone.
Andrew Crossley from Cherry & Cherry has advised that, as from Wednesday 24th November 2010, the property will be closed to trade and, subject to a satisfactory planning application, the Redwing will reopen to trade in 2011 after a small alteration and refurbishment.
